Not a generic workflow tool. The stages, roles and rules of an academic conference, as they are.
Build the evaluation form your committee wants — scales, yes/no, free text — set how many reviews each paper needs, and enable double-blind so authors and reviewers stay anonymous.
The same person can chair one conference, review for another and submit to a third. Nobody is locked into a single identity across the platform.
Papers, reviews, decisions, revisions, camera-ready files and the session schedule stay connected — no spreadsheet in the middle.
Including full right-to-left layout, not translated text in a left-to-right shell. Every automated email is editable per conference.
Submitting papers, reviewing and chairing are always free. You only pay to publish your own conference — and your first published conference is free.
Conference chairs and organizers who run the event, reviewers who evaluate papers, and authors who submit them. Each role gets its own dashboard, and one person can hold several roles across different conferences.
Browse the public conference board, open the conference you're interested in, and submit through its submission page. You can add co-authors and keywords, and you'll be able to track your paper's status — from under review through to the final decision — on your dashboard.
PDF and Word (DOCX) files, up to 100 MB. Organizers can restrict the accepted formats for their own conference.

The platform is available in English, French, and Arabic, including right-to-left layout.
