Every stage of your conference, in one place

Submissions, peer review, decisions and the final programme — with your committee, deadlines and files kept in sync. Free to submit, review and chair.

Built for how conferences actually run

Not a generic workflow tool. The stages, roles and rules of an academic conference, as they are.

Your review form, your criteria

Build the evaluation form your committee wants — scales, yes/no, free text — set how many reviews each paper needs, and enable double-blind so authors and reviewers stay anonymous.

Roles are per conference

The same person can chair one conference, review for another and submit to a third. Nobody is locked into a single identity across the platform.

Submission to programme, unbroken

Papers, reviews, decisions, revisions, camera-ready files and the session schedule stay connected — no spreadsheet in the middle.

English, French and Arabic

Including full right-to-left layout, not translated text in a left-to-right shell. Every automated email is editable per conference.

Questions, answered.

How much does it cost?

Submitting papers, reviewing and chairing are always free. You only pay to publish your own conference — and your first published conference is free.

Who is the platform for?

Conference chairs and organizers who run the event, reviewers who evaluate papers, and authors who submit them. Each role gets its own dashboard, and one person can hold several roles across different conferences.

How do I submit a paper?

Browse the public conference board, open the conference you're interested in, and submit through its submission page. You can add co-authors and keywords, and you'll be able to track your paper's status — from under review through to the final decision — on your dashboard.

What file formats and sizes are supported?

PDF and Word (DOCX) files, up to 100 MB. Organizers can restrict the accepted formats for their own conference.

Does it support peer review and double-blind?

Yes. Organizers build their own review form with custom criteria, assign reviewers to papers, set how many reviews each paper needs, and can enable double-blind review so authors and reviewers stay anonymous to each other.

Can authors update their camera-ready file after uploading it?

Yes. Accepted authors can replace their camera-ready file at any time, and the newest upload replaces the old one. Organizers always see the date and time of the latest version.

Can we customise the emails the platform sends?

Yes. Every automated email — submission received, acceptance, rejection, revision requests, reviewer assignments, and camera-ready confirmations — can be edited per conference, with variables like the author's name and paper title. If you don't customise one, a sensible default is used.

Can we send announcements to participants?

Yes. Chairs can publish announcements to specific groups of participants — for example all reviewers, all authors, or a committee you define yourself — and pin important notes so people can find them again later.

What languages are available?

The platform is available in English, French, and Arabic, including right-to-left layout.
